Mr. Naveen Kumar Shelar is founder of The Law office http://www.thelawoffice.co.in . And General Secretary and Founder of a non -profit organization "Nayaya A Voice for Justice"...Helping the Helpless, which concentrating effect on the legal reforms and free legal aid to less privileged people.
He has been practicing in various arena of law with specialization in Corporate Laws, Government Approvals and Clearance, Real Estate, Strategic Alliance and Risk Analysis, IPR, SARFAESI and DRT, Arbitration and corporate mediation, Civil and Criminal litigation. His other areas of interest include Immigration Laws, Merger and Acquisition, Insurance, Consumer protection, International laws and agreements.
He has been deeply involved in establishing and winding up business operations, respective government approvals, contract and risk analysis and strategic alliance, for various MNCs.
He has worked companies like American Embassy School (AES), at New Delhi, Lime Wire LLC, Toyota Kilosker Motor.
